At Oasis Mint, we take great care to ensure the quality, authenticity, and secure delivery of every product we sell. Due to the highly sensitive and price-volatile nature of precious metals, all sales are considered final. Please read the following policy carefully.
1. All Sales Are FinalWe do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed and confirmed. This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:
- Gold and silver bullion
- U.S. Minted coins
- Certified and collectible coins
- Special orders and rare pieces
This strict policy helps us maintain fair pricing and integrity in a market where values fluctuate in real time.
2. Damaged or Incorrect OrdersIn the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the claim and may request:
- Clear photographs of the packaging and item(s)
- A return of the original product for inspection
- Additional identification or order details
If the error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (if available) or issue a store credit or refund at our discretion.
3. Shipping DiscrepanciesAll shipments are fully insured and require signature upon delivery. Once a package is signed for and marked as delivered, Oasis Mint is no longer responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Please inspect packages upon receipt and notify us immediately if there are any concerns.
4. Return Instructions (If Authorized)If a return is approved by our team:
- Items must be returned in original, unopened, and untampered condition
- A Return Authorization (RA) number will be issued and must be included in the return
- All returns must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization
- Shipping and insurance for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted
The following items are strictly non-returnable under all circumstances:
- Opened bullion or coin packaging
- Products showing signs of tampering
- Items damaged after delivery
- Custom, engraved, or special-order items
